This website is primarily for dads, but also for people who are concerned about family justice and the damage it is doing to families, children and society.
At its best, family justice enables separated parents to make arrangements which work for all members of the family and ensure that children have the best possible opportunity to reach their full potential.
For most however, family justice is an impossibly expensive Orwellian nightmare which destroys families and leaves an estimated 30,000 B.C. children effectively fatherless each and every year, a number that continues to rise.
You may believe that the family justice system is fair, that it follows the law, that it is focused on the legitimate best interests of the children. The reality is something quite different.
Learn why avoiding court and lawyers, if possible, is your best option.
Learn why in many cases you should NOT obtain a Custody and Access Review by a psychologist, particularly if you've been accused of sexually assaulting your children.
Learn how everyone in the system uses children, especially access to them, as weapons; this includes parents, judges, psychologists, lawyers, and so on.
